CADRES EN OR™ was founded on November 2, 2020 by Lynda Cima. Her goal is to support companies’ women and men, wishing to improve their management methods, performance and change process.

Expertise

The founder

Engineer with an Executive MBA, Lynda Cima has 20 years of experience in industry, mainly aeronautics with 17 years at ZODIAC / SAFRAN. She has managed many complex projects of product development, change management and organizational improvement. She diversifies her scope of activities outside the aircraft world by working for a consulting firm in Strategy and Organization. With her expertise in Management and Performance Improvement, her desire to provide support and experience feedback to executives, she created the company CADRES EN OR™ in November 2020. Lynda diversifies her Consulting approach by opening up her practice of Coaching. She is a certified Professional Coach working with Neuro Linguistic Programming and Transactional Analysis frame of reference.

Workshops sessions are carried out in person at customer's site or remotely by videoconference.

Lynda

Coaching in companies

On the basis of a tripartite contract between the company, the coachee and the coach, a coaching can be set up to accompany employees (members of the executive board, managers, high potentials) wishing to reach an individualized operational objective: for example, to improve their performance, their managerial posture, to clarify their strategic vision.)

  • The contract is governed by the coaching code of ethics
  • 8 to 10 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours, on site or remotely, will be carried out, including a session to define the objective, a mid-term assessment to measure coachee's progress and a closing session to evaluate the achievement of the objective
  • Coaching is based on confidentiality, respect, transparency, positivism and operational efficiency
  • Duration of 3 to 6 months depending on the rhythm chosen by the coachee (1 session per week or per two weeks)

Individual Coaching

Coaching is a process of individual interviews based on a collaborative relationship. The interviews focuses on the coachee objectives. They are structured in such a way to develop potential, increase level of performance taking actions. Based on a contract between the coachee and the coach, the coaching objective is to develop a professional dynamic such as:

  • Job evolution
  • Taking up a position
  • Professional retraining
  • Managerial posture / impact
  • Problem solving (in the team, self-confidence, speaking out, ...)
  • Operational performance (organization, time management, delegation system...)

Commitments

The coachee is motivated and committed to take action to achieve his or her objective. He or she will be assiduous and involved in carrying out the work sessions and intersession activities. The coachee is responsible for his or her own results.
The coach commits to put all the means, resources, and capacities for the success of each coaching session.
